project aware

More than anything, even if we don’t partner, I want you to know that I’m grateful for the work you do for our youth and this world. Never undervalue nor estimate the impact you are making on a day to day basis. And on the days you don’t have the energy or don’t want to keep going, I pray you remember this message.

You matter,

-Rashad

How we support Project AWARE goals

If you're working to strengthen student mental health, resilience, and school culture, we partner with schools in ways that align with Project AWARE priorities, including early support, student connection, and staff capacity.

My goal is simple: help students feel seen, equipped, and supported—while reinforcing/complementing the systems and work your team is already doing.

If you already have a vision, initiative, or grant focus area, I’m always open to coming alongside it and supporting it in a way that fits your goals and your community.

If you're planning for this summer or the upcoming school year and exploring ways to support your students and staff, I’d love to connect.

  • High-energy, story-driven assemblies that help students understand resilience, build a stronger sense of identity, and normalize conversations around mental wellness. These experiences are designed to create immediate connection while reinforcing help-seeking behaviors and awareness of available support systems.

    Outcomes may include:

    • Increased student awareness of mental health and available supports

    • Greater willingness to seek help or talk to a trusted adult

    • Improved student engagement and connection during school-wide initiatives

*Can be tailored to align with your school or district’s specific goals.

  • Intentional, relationship-centered spaces where students can engage more personally, reflect on their experiences, and build meaningful connections. These sessions support early identification, emotional expression, and a stronger sense of belonging among students.

    Outcomes may include:

    • Increased student participation and openness in group settings

    • Strengthened peer connection and sense of belonging

    • Opportunities for early identification of student needs

*Can be tailored to align with your school or district’s specific goals.

  • Targeted workshops designed to complement and strengthen your current resiliency mental health efforts, helping students and staff better understand, access, and engage with the resources and initiatives your school or district already provides.

    Outcomes may include:

    • Increased utilization of existing mental health resources

    • Stronger student and staff awareness of available supports

    • Reinforcement of district or grant-funded mental health initiatives

*Can be tailored to align with your school or district’s specific goals.
